SHIPPING
We usually process and send out orders within 3-5 business days upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation via email. As soon as we arrange the shipment of your order, you will receive a notification which will include a link to track your shipment. THE INTERNET SHOP is shipping with DHL and is shipping from Germany.
Depending on your location, national orders are delivered within a few work days. European orders within 1-2 weeks. International orders might take up 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please see shipping prices at checkout.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which THE INTERNET SHOP cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
RETURNS
If you want to return or exchange an item, please email shipping@the-internetshop.com and submit a return request, providing your order number. You can find the order number in the confirmation email of your order or on the delivery note, which is attached to your shipment. Once we have accepted your return request, you will receive instructions via email, on how to send your order back to us and get refunded.
